Share your flight and hotel. We book or check your transfer and safari with operators we’ve verified, and send a departure pack with your hotel address in Arabic.

A WhatsApp message with tomorrow’s plan: pick-up times, meeting points, what’s included.
If something goes wrong
Message Havexa. A person replies within 15 minutes (7:00–24:00 Dubai time). Driver not there? We send a backup car from our network. Safari not as promised? We take it up with the operator on the spot.
Afterwards
Every case is followed until it’s closed. For services booked elsewhere, we help you claim your refund.

Is this travel insurance?
No. Havexa is not an insurer. We provide practical help on the ground and follow your refund requests; we don’t pay insurance claims.
How fast do you respond?
During the pilot a person replies on WhatsApp within 15 minutes, from 7:00 to 24:00 Dubai time. Outside those hours, call the operator’s line shown in your departure pack and write to us: we pick it up first thing at 7:00.
Who pays for a backup car?
For transfers booked through Havexa, the backup car is arranged by Havexa at no extra cost to you. For services booked elsewhere, any alternative ride is paid by you and we help you claim the cost back from the operator or the booking platform.
Does it cost anything?
Joining the pilot is free. Transfers and safaris booked through Havexa are paid at the operator’s price, with nothing added for the pilot. There is nothing to pay today.
I’m travelling with a tour operator. Can I join?
Yes. Add its name in the form. If your tour operator works with Havexa, the service may already be part of your trip.
What data do you need?
Your name, email and travel dates now; your flight and hotel once your trip is confirmed. We never ask for your passport or ID on WhatsApp. See the Privacy Policy.
